3. Placing an order

Contract formation: A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming your order has been shipped.
Right to cancel orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including where: a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, we suspect fraud or misuse, or the order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Order records: We recommend keeping a copy of your order confirmation. Order history is accessible via your account if you have registered.
4. Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted methods: We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
Payment processing: Payments are processed securely by our payment provider(s). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Currency: Transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees if your account is held in a different currency — we are not responsible for such fees.
Failed payments: If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount, including through debt collection processes where necessary.
Fraud: We actively monitor for fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent and to report it to the relevant authorities.
5. Discount codes and promotions
We may issue discount codes and promotional offers from time to time. The following conditions apply to all promotions:
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Delivery timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy, but are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss: Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout.
Fulfilment partners: Some orders may be shipped directly from a third-party supplier. This does not affect your statutory rights or our obligations to you as the seller.
Incorrect address: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship such orders.
Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. Reshipping will be at your expense.
Import duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
7. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Business customers (B2B)
If you are purchasing as a business customer, the following additional terms apply:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior arrangements or representations.
Consumer protection laws that apply only to individual consumers (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive) do not apply to B2B transactions.
Our liability to business customers is limited to the value of the order in question. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Returns and refunds for B2B purchases are at our discretion unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Payment terms for B2B orders are as agreed in writing; in the absence of any agreement, payment is due at the time of order.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photography, and software — is the property of the store operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Consumers in the European Union may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence and may bring legal proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
EU Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which you may use to resolve disputes with us.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and encourage you to contact us first before initiating formal proceedings.

For material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
