Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: April 13, 2026

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return eligibility

We accept returns on all physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

2. How to start a return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us using the details at the bottom of this policy within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

  3. We will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions including the return address within 2 business days.

  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

3. Return shipping costs

Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you received a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, we will send out a replacement. Please contact us with photos and/or videos of the issue so we can confirm that it is broken. If we can confirm that it is broken we will ship out the replacement within 7 days.

Original outbound shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

Approved refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Partial refunds: May be issued at our discretion if an item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been used, or if parts or accessories are missing.

Declined refunds: If your return is declined, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

We do not issue refunds as store credit or gift cards — all approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Once we receive the original item and it passes inspection, we will dispatch the exchange item. Shipping times follow our standard Shipping Policy.

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times vary and it may take several business days before the refund is posted.

  3. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us using the details below.

8. Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return under this policy.

9. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, and a statutory warranty right of at least 2 years on goods.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you are entitled to a 30-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and a 6-year statutory warranty period.

Nothing in this policy overrides those rights.
