Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. We aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Cancellation window

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of a carrier, it can no longer be cancelled — you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return under our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.

2. How to cancel an order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us using the details at the bottom of this policy as soon as possible after placing your order.

  2. Include your order number and the subject line: "Order Cancellation Request — [Your Order Number]".

  3. We will confirm whether your order has been dispatched or not.

  4. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and confirm by email. Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  5. If your order has already been dispatched, we will advise you to follow our returns process upon delivery.

We cannot guarantee cancellation requests submitted outside business hours will be processed before dispatch. Please contact us as early as possible.

3. Refunds on cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds as store credit or gift cards.

Refund timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Payment processing fees: We absorb any payment processing fees — you will receive the full amount you paid, including any taxes or shipping fees charged at checkout.

4. Order modifications

If you need to make changes to an order before it is dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. The following modifications may be possible:

  • Changing the shipping address

  • Changing the size, colour, or variant of a product

  • Adding or removing items from the order

  • Updating the quantity of an item

To request a modification, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you require. We cannot guarantee modifications will be possible once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

If a modification results in a price difference:

  • If the new total is higher, we will send you a payment link for the difference before processing the change.

  • If the new total is lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Orders already dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the order after it has shipped:

  1. Allow the order to be delivered — do not refuse delivery, as this may result in additional return shipping costs being deducted from your refund.

  2. Once delivered, initiate a return within 14 days by contacting us using the details below.

  3. Follow the return process set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Return shipping costs for dispatched orders that are cancelled post-dispatch are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Our right to cancel an order

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons we may cancel an order include:

  • The product is out of stock or no longer available.

  • A pricing or product description error has occurred on the website.

  • The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service.

  • We are unable to verify payment or billing information.

  • The delivery address is in a region we are unable to ship to.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will not charge any cancellation fee.

7. EU and UK statutory withdrawal right

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving any reason. This right is separate from and in addition to our cancellation policy above.

To exercise your statutory withdrawal right for an order that has already been delivered, please use the returns process described in our Refund & Return Policy. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your return.
