We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Please read this policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Free shipping on all orders

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum order value required. The shipping method used will be determined by your location and the size and weight of your order. Express shipping options may be available at checkout at an additional cost, with delivery timeframes varying by carrier and destination.

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

3. Order processing

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. A separate dispatch confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before [TIME] on a business day will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

4. Order tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

  • You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

  • If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us using the details below.

5. Fulfilment and dispatch locations

We fulfil orders through a combination of our own warehouse operations and trusted third-party fulfilment partners and dropshipping suppliers. As a result:

  • Your order may be shipped from multiple locations depending on the items ordered.

  • You may receive separate shipments and tracking numbers for items in the same order.

  • The dispatch location does not affect your rights as a customer or our obligations to you.

6. International shipping and customs

We ship to customers worldwide. For international orders, please be aware of the following:

Customs and import duties: Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays: International orders may be delayed by customs clearance processes. These delays are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of shipping costs.

Restricted countries: We are unable to ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions or where delivery services are unavailable. If we cannot fulfil your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Customs declaration: All international shipments are declared at their accurate commercial value. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or understate values on customs forms.

7. Shipping issues

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship affected orders.

Returned to sender: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping cost incurred.

8. Peak periods and delays

During peak shopping periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other major sales events), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering well in advance during these periods. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays via email or notices on our website.
