Affiliate Policy

This Affiliate Policy governs participation in our Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining and participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by the terms set out in this policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Eligibility and approval

Our Affiliate Program is invite-only and subject to approval. Participation is not open to the general public without a prior invitation or direct approval from our affiliate team.

To be considered for the Program, applicants must:

  • Submit a completed affiliate application via our website.

  • Have an active online presence such as a website, blog, social media channel, newsletter, or other content platform.

  • Operate a platform relevant to our products and target audience.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

2. Commission structure

Approved affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link. We offer two types of compensation:

Percentage-based commission: A percentage of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) of qualifying orders. The applicable commission rate will be communicated to you upon approval and may vary by product category or promotional period.

Flat fee per sale: A fixed amount per qualifying order, applicable to specific products or campaigns as communicated by our affiliate team.

Commission rates are set at our discretion and may be updated with reasonable notice to active affiliates.

Commission is earned on net sale value only. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent will not qualify for commission. Commission already paid on subsequently refunded orders may be deducted from future payouts.

3. Tracking and attribution

Unique affiliate link: Upon approval, you will receive a unique tracking link to share with your audience. Sales are attributed to you only when a customer clicks your unique link and completes a purchase.

Cookie window: Our tracking cookie has a 30-day attribution window. If a customer clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within 30 days, you will receive credit for that sale.

Last-click attribution: We use last-click attribution. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the commission is awarded to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently.

Tracking accuracy: We rely on cookie-based tracking. Commission will not be tracked if a customer has disabled cookies, uses ad-blocking software, or clears their browser data before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for untracked conversions due to these factors.

Self-referrals: Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to make personal purchases. Any such purchases identified will not qualify for commission and may result in termination from the Program.

4. Payment terms

Payout schedule: Commissions are paid out monthly, typically within the first 10 business days of the following month.

Minimum threshold: A minimum balance of $[MINIMUM PAYOUT AMOUNT] must be accumulated before a payout is triggered. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the following month.

Payment methods: We offer multiple payout options including PayPal, bank transfer, and store credit. Your preferred payment method can be selected in your affiliate dashboard.

Currency: Payouts are made in [CURRENCY]. If your local currency differs, conversion rates applied by your payment provider are outside our control.

Tax obligations: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction. We may request tax documentation before processing payments.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Bidding on our brand name, trademarked terms, or variations thereof in paid search advertising.

  • Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices to drive traffic.

  • Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or misleading claims about our products.

  • Misrepresenting your relationship with us or implying official endorsement beyond your affiliate status.

  • Using cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other artificial inflation of clicks or conversions.

  • Placing affiliate links on websites or platforms that contain illegal, offensive, or brand-damaging content.

  • Using your affiliate link for personal purchases or referring yourself.

  • Offering unauthorised discounts, cashback, or incentives to encourage purchases through your link.

  • Violating any applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws, or platform policies.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate termination from the Program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action where applicable.

6. Disclosure requirements

Affiliates are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with us in all content that includes affiliate links. This is a legal requirement in most jurisdictions, including under FTC guidelines (USA), CAP Code (UK), and EU consumer protection laws.

Disclosure must be:

  • Clear and prominent — visible before the affiliate link, not buried in small print or at the bottom of the page.

  • Unambiguous — use plain language such as "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you."

  • Present on every piece of content containing affiliate links — including social media posts, videos, blog articles, emails, and stories.

Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship is a violation of this policy and may result in removal from the Program. We are not liable for any regulatory action taken against affiliates who fail to comply with disclosure requirements.

7. Use of our brand and intellectual property

We grant approved affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our store name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products through the Program.

You may not:

  • Alter, modify, or create derivative versions of our logo or brand assets without written permission.

  • Use our brand name or trademarks in your own domain name, social media handle, or business name.

  • Register any domain name that includes our brand name or any confusingly similar term.

  • Use our brand assets in any way that implies an official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond your affiliate relationship.

8. Termination

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

By you: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us in writing using the contact details below. Upon termination, your affiliate links will be deactivated.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use our brand assets and promote the Program ends immediately. Any commissions earned on qualifying sales before termination will be paid out at the next scheduled payment date, provided they meet the minimum threshold and are not subject to clawback.

9. Limitation of liability

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including the amount of commission you may earn. Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and us.

Our total liability to any affiliate under this policy shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that affiliate in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
